FAQ
The questions we get asked
Can't find your answer? Write to us — we reply without jargon.
What is a managed IT service (MSP)?
An MSP (managed service provider) takes care of your IT for a predictable fee: monitoring, updates, security, user support and advice. Instead of calling in a panic when something breaks, we prevent problems before they cost you time and money.
Do you work with small organizations?
Yes. We support SMBs, non-profits, unions and educational institutions of all sizes — from a handful of employees to several dozen. The service is sized to your reality and budget.
Do you offer service in French and English?
Yes, our team is fully bilingual. You get support and documentation in French or English, whichever you prefer.
Where is our data hosted?
Where possible, in Canadian cloud regions (including Québec), which simplifies Law 25 compliance. We discuss this based on your requirements.
Do we have to replace everything to start?
No. We document your existing environment, fix the urgent items, then improve progressively — without throwing everything out at once. The transition happens without interrupting your operations.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. Transitioning from another provider (or from in-house management) is part of our work: taking over documentation, access, and a clear improvement plan from the start.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on your size, needs and the services chosen. We provide a clear, no-obligation quote after a short discovery call — no surprises.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes. Our plans include proactive monitoring and responsive support, with response-time commitments. Critical incidents are prioritized.
How does getting started work?
A discovery call, then an assessment of your environment, then a step-by-step onboarding plan. You always know what's happening and why.
