2. Person in charge of personal information protection
In accordance with Law 25, ADN-TI has designated a person responsible for the protection of personal information. You can reach them for any question, or to access, correct or withdraw consent:

3. What information we collect
We only collect the information needed for the purposes described below:
- Contact form and quote requests: name, email address, phone number, organization name, company size and the content of your message.
- Appointment booking: the information you provide when booking a call.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) generated automatically for security and proper site operation.
We never sell your personal information and do not use it for automated profiling.
4. Purposes and basis
We use this information to: respond to your requests, send you a quote, follow up commercially, and maintain site security. Processing is based on your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in operating our site securely.
5. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or third-party analytics cookies for profiling. Only strictly necessary cookies may be used. If we ever add audience-measurement tools, we will update this policy and seek your consent beforehand.
6. Who we share information with
We only share your information with providers who help us operate our services, as processors bound by confidentiality commitments — notably Microsoft (Microsoft 365, cloud hosting) and our ticketing platform. Our operational data is hosted in Canada where possible. We may disclose information where required by law.
7. Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the intended purposes, then securely destroy or anonymize it. Commercial requests that do not proceed are deleted within a reasonable time.
8. Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- request your information in a structured technological format (portability);
- file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our responsible person (section 2). We respond within the timeframes required by law.
9. Security
We apply reasonable security measures — encryption, access control, monitoring — to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. It's also what we do every day.
10. Privacy incident
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we take the required steps and notify the affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information, in accordance with our obligations.
11. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or regulations. The update date at the top of the page indicates the version in effect.
